This building, erected in the last decade of the XIX century by the architects Eleuterio Méndez and Francisco Serrano, is one of the best examples of the European influence in the taste of the “Capitalinos”. Was in its time the most important Jewerly, the house of Hauser-Zyvy and Co. selling artworks, jewels, clocks and music boxes. It was the workshop of the Christofle goldsmiths and the Baccarat Glass.
