The DuSelle Tower was designed by Denton Adams for Werest Upid.inc, which was originally a freelance company founded in the jungles of the Amazon rainforest by little-known adventurer Wheres M. Brain. It’s main dealings are in exotic birds for the rich, one of its most common customers is the owner of Toys ‘r’ Expensive, who has a vast collection of birds, (always wondered why everything is half their price at Wal mart? Well now you have your answer). Their most popular birds are the yellow-rumped Ima Koocoo and the Bald-Headed Ura Loser birds, these birds usually run from §50,000 to §200,000 for the best specimens, explaining the company’s ability to build such a massive tower, now all they need is a city to build it in. If you should allow them to build in your city, you’ll get a pair of Ima Koocoo birds free! Oh btw, don’t worry, they’ve hired out to build it, they won’t be building themselves, so there’s no worry to you or your city about saft….NOOO! MR. BRAIN, DON’T TOUCH THAT LEVER, IT’ll CAUS…*crash, boom, tinkle, tinkle*…
