Here's something different. IAR is a company that owns a lot of other companies and foretunately, employs a lot of people to do that. This building leases office space out to a lot of other tenants as well, although the IAR company pays a lot more to have their logo on top and building named after their company.
Among the tenants are such companies as: Connexiotrope LLC. (something involving cubicles and computers), SPS Co. (Sharp Pointy Stick Company), Tetrasphere (Something else with a lot of cubicles and computer, nobody has any idea what they do), IBDI (International Bubble-Wrap Disposal Incorporated (employer of quite possibly the most satisfied laborers in the world))
