Hmm I like the building, but not the lot... the lot almost seems too big for the building if you get what I mean

I like the lot to building ratio. I wish more buildings had larger lots, far more realistic.

I think andymcnab666 meant that shape of the lot doesn't quite suit the triangle shape of the building. Take a look at the driveway and you'll see that something isn't quite right with it. 8/10 total

... the letters on the right side "P L A Y B O Y" aren't so decorative. But the building and the Parking is nice! Good work 8/10

10/10 for the BAT itself, 6/10 for concept (my mother would never let me get this) 10/10 for effort 9/10.

Not bad. I too think it could have gone on a much smaller lot, but that's easy enough for anyone with Sim City to do themselves. The roof texturing, however, could have used some more work.

the building looks very cool, I like the textures. don't be afraid to use some bsc props/textures the next time, they'll allways make the lot a bit nicer 9/10
