    I had a similar prob but i got rid of it by changing round a few of the Graphics settings for the game. Exit-ing then re-entering but then Maybe it is the operating system cause mine was with XP.

    Here's a Guitar shop for all your budding musicians out there. This is a Landmark lot and it is 5X3 in size and costs $10000 to plop. I've included all the files so feel free to mod it in lot editor differently as i've only used the files in the game so there are no dependencies for this lot.

    Here is a 5x4 Lot of a Fictional Playboy Factory which produces mags for the adults of your city. I've included 2 Files one is a Landmark plop which costs 5000 to plop and will help up the rating of your surrounding area and one is a I-ht3 lot with Jobs. I've included all the files so feel free to add some more extra props as i've just used the standard sc4 props.

    If you prefer just rotate it round in lot editor. There this way round in England but they have got Glass Surroundings. I was Going to put a Window in but i wanted a bigger superman pic so you can see it in the game
