Both the building and the double entendre get a 10/10! I can put this along with the NIMBY lots next to the house of worship for added urban realism.

Great nuts.....eehh lot I mean. Good 1x1 lots are hard to come by and in early stages of development of a town great to see. Love the details of your night lighting.
