5,000 residents seems a bit much for the building. It appears to have around 30 floors. That means almost 200 people per floor. If you figure 4 people per apartment, that's 50 apartments per floor!!!! There aren't even 50 windows per floor. Other than that, I like the building.

I like this one too but also think the 5k per building a bit much. But nice design!

Don't underestimate the size of the building! The horizontal dimensions are about the same like the Large Tenement (holding about 3000 residents), but it's almost twice as high. Maxis designed all buildings to have at least twice or three times the capacity they would have in real-life.

Yup. I made it match Maxis conditions, not real life ones. It's supposed to blend in with the game, not with reality. I mean, 50 workers for those 2x3 "Small Shops"? Come on. Nobody complains about that. Besides, this building is easy to underestimate. [cont]

Superstar had given it about 8,000 occupants, btw. First, I had lowered the number to about 3,000, but when I saw the building grow, I was almost shocked. The size surprised me quite a lot. @ da_sim_dude: Read. It's just a new lot and desc file; the model is in the original download. ;o)

OK, OK. I guess I am at fault by not factoring in the occupants of the rest of the game. Good job.

Thanks T Wrecks for the work you put into these last two lots, you've done a great job! I feel that you've managed to reach out to a few of those R$ lovers and needers by this :)

Ill give it a 9, I preferred superstars model. The only change I see is the base. Is it the same size? ( 4X4 )
