There is a I-M desc file in the DAT. I started to make a growable, but decided it should be unique. The desc file is completely modded, so making your own lot should be easy.

Cool... Will fit in perfectly with the UK pubs on STEX... And I like the Robin Hood quote about the beer (well, that's where I heard it from...)

I like the way it looks like the Baltimore Museum of Industry.

Great looking but not crazy about the museum association. Seems a waste of a good lot for an unrealistic concept. Even converted into commerical center more apporpriate (although it screams for industrial).
