Coming to your local CJ, San Portello is the fabulous Las Venturas. If any of you have noticed there are a poor amount of casinos around in the STEX, and Im here to change that! Second on my great list is the Neyorka Bay Hotel & Casino...

Little Story:
The Neyorka Bay casino & Hotel originally founded itself in the spwaling metropolis of Santa Neyorka, the Casino itself was originally named the Viva Las Neyorka. However, after the thwarted attack of Hurricane Carl, the Casino was left in ruin, but the mayor of the city wasn't going to give up on it.
He set about rebuilding it! And in a few years, Neyorka Bay Hotel & Casino was reborn. And, in it's rebirth, it's sales quadrupoled, and quadrupoled again, until the hotel could stand sales no more. Thus, it went in search for another site, and there it finds itself in Las Ventura.
The hotel found in Las Ventura operatures venues around the clock ranging from Blaze: The Masked Avenger to the Jeronij & Family Stunt Performers, a spectacular show that's been known from San Portello to Columbia River. (Special thanks due for the bolded names).
However, the hotel is suffering the same problem now as it did in Neyorka. Can you help it by building it in your city???
This hotel is the Neyorka Bay Hotel & Casino, please note the hotel and the prop building is MY VERSION of the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino, so it is only based on the complex. This casino's Lot has dependencies, found here.
This hotel produces a small amount of air pollution (Due to the Air-Conditioning) and Garbadge.
It requires a good amount of power and uses a fair amount of water.
Unlike the SGM Grand, the hotel raises desirability a little and adds a small chunk of mayor rating to your global city score (Due to the hotel attracting the world's finest).
The lot is still not very good, but I hope it's an improvement...
For all you BATers out there, I have included the GMAX files for the hotel with the textures I used for it. Feel free to use them all but like I said before please leave some sort of credit - you know the rules.
