Eh...when it all comes down to it, it's just a bunch of buildings cobbled together to look okay. If it has jobs or anything I'd boost it up to a thumb, but this is just lacking.

It does really look like buidlings thrown together. Try to make the Buildings grow or flow out of each other :) It reminds me of Toronto with shoping center downstairs and awesome condos upstairs. I like the parking :)

You People are Ignorant, When The Lot Editor first came out, All sorts of Lots like this came out, and you all rushed to download em, but now Since it doesnt have a Hand scratched BAT on it, you just downrate it

Eh, it's an interesting selection of buildings, but the inconsistent facades make it a little awkward looking. I really like the concept, though. Overall, it's decent, but I see some room for improvement. :)

Let's see.. I don't think jumbling these buildings together is really effective, so if you do it, at least choose buildings that are of relatively the same style. These buildings just all look too different and simply stand out way too much..

I agree with Casper. This is among the best of the non-BAT creations. It apears that it has a lot of history to it.

As I consider myself a master of these kinds of lots once, I must say it looks fairly good, but consider the next time putting in a little less buildings, which will certainly improve your LE-lots. Like they say: too many good things together usually make it worse.
