  1. Smaller Civic Lots

    I think this is a really good idea. It would be great if you could use these lots in conjunction with the existing ones, so you wouldn't have to have one of everything for every large city, but still have the convenience of your smaller lots. I'd also like to see something for the zoo (I didn't see that in the list). Thanks for your work.

  3. Thanks for the info pnorrell. That sounds like a cool project. I'm too chicken to try them out though and I don't think I want to replace all of the default Maxis buildings, even though some of them are better than others.
  4. Hello All, I have been enjoying this thread for a long time and really appreciate all the work people have put in to help make this stuff available to those who can't read Japanese. I don't know if anyone knows anything about the buildings listed in the following link: http://kei-kk-4u.hp.infoseek.co.jp/Jp-Style-1.htm I really like these buildings and can't quite understand if they can be downloaded from somewhere or not. I tried translating the page but it wasn't a very good translation. I appreciate any help that can be given. Thanks.
  5. I just posted a few days ago with a similar problem in one of my cities, except that commercial and industry grow, while residential does not. I thought that this might have something to do with installing Simgoober's heliport, but now I'm not so sure... But anyway, have you tried plopping commercial or industry pieces on top of zoned land? I found that when I plopped a residential piece on top of residential zoned land that I was able to get some people in my city, maybe the same thing would work for you with commercial and industrial pieces.
