Very nice. Great detail and colours work beautifully. They'd be as much at home in Singapore as HK (and maybe even KL).

Great job!!! I love Hong Kong since I've been there once in 2004 and these towers are really representatives of the HK buildings. I would like to see more... My suggestion: The IFC 2 (Intl. Finacial Center 2)

Small correction: The demand bar scale goes from -6000 to +6000, but actual demand can be higher. I recently made a mistake with a CO$$$ building I modded; it had 11,000 jobs - and someone had it grow in his city! Besides, SC4 resident / job numbers aren't realistic anyway. ;o)

Look at those small shops with 65 jobs... Anyway, this is not intended as criticism; I really love your buildings - please keep more R$$ coming! If there's some detail where I prefer something different, I just mod it to my personal use and that's it. :o)

And could anyone that lives there get know how many people actually lives there? I mean I'd prefer to use it with a real number, because those 6K looks too small for me.

And according to what T Wreck said it is possible. I like to manipulate the demands, growing this building with let's say 10K people would be an intresting challenge :)
