Amazing. I can use this in my industry area.

Middleton, Preston, Blackburn, Burnley, Chadderton all of these north western places come to mind when I see this building. Only thing I would (RIP) suggest is a deeper red brick and possibly a MASSIVE chimney. Fred Dibnah might be an idea if you would like more inspiration! Good Start!
