JPhillips III was built as a speculative office building, both to retainthe companies that couldn't get a space in J Phillips II, and toattract future clients.
Its postmodern gabled roof perfectlyreflects the increasing complexity of the J Phillips trio. At the baseof the building, a gigantic 12-story portico arch contains thenentrance, as well as a large wall of windows. In the plaza below,landscaped areas contain trees and landscaping, helping to make the lotmore "green".
This comes in growable and ploppable versions, which are identical. Both are on
