Seven56 South was built as a proof-of-concept for the developmentindustry. Typically, postmodern buildings are built for only therichest, most successful companies. Seven 56 was designed to be alower-cost office building, showcasing how Postmodern can be doneeffectively for all types of office buildings.
At the base ofthe tower is a retail area, which attempts to tie in the mass of thebuilding with the pedestrian elements of the street below. Asthis is a proof-of-concept, many new stores and restaurants tried topurchase a spot in the retail area, but only the best were allowed astorefront there.
This comes in growable and ploppable versions, which are identical. Both are on
