Hey authority, thanks for the great work you did moderated my lots and keeping me from personal attacks. Quit being such a hypocrite, vlakhaas. As for the lot itself, IT is a personal attack on me and other who hate this crap. You simply changed one crappy lot around to make a crappier one.

I agree with both sides here. It's quite obvious that this lot is a personal attack on all the people here who hate this stuff, who also happen to be Jesus-Loving Republicans, lol.

If Simgoober is going to spend his time attacking these people indirectly he should spend a lot more time making the BATs a little more unique. Changing the color and a few details on the lot doens't do it for me.

Having said that, there is nothing wrong with this lot, besides that SG clearly didn't spend all of the time he could on it. The model is still amazing as usual, so great work SG.

@ Dev&TEOM: Stop making excuses for why you hate this lot. We all know it's a great lot and who hate it for the content and not the model.

After reading the posts from dev and Deepstrike, I had to post on this. This building is absolutely gorgeous, and I highly doubt any other one of you could create such a beautiful upper class house. SG has already proven himself and probably doesn't need all the bad critique from you guys. Good job!

@ert90 - It's the same as the Seaside villa with a slightly different lot and ugly textures. I gave him a 3/10 (More effort needed) because he's putting out the sleaze lots too fast, without spending enough time on them to ensure that they look nice. You might think it's a great lot, but I don't.

What personal attack? I didn't attack you personally, I said your work had so far failed to impress. You, on the other hand, have used the word "ugly" twice so far in description of SG's lot and "horrible" twice as well. What sounds more personal? Ugly and horrible? Or unimpressive?
