Yes, that's right. Four prostitute props included in the default game. So when we add 'adult' material to the game, we are not adding something that isn't already in the game.

These lots add alot of realistic color to the game, If you don't like them don't download them, and spare the rest of us your lectures on morality. remeber this is a game, what you do with your city, is up to you, nobody says you have to have these.
