Very Nice. 9/10 But NDEX is known for its cool Lighting Effects and This did not really reflect that.

I think the lighting effects are beautiful as they are. I've had enough of the extravagant, extremely-bright, neon skylines. It's nice to have some stuff that is very well-done yet also doesn't stand in stark contrast with Maxis' stuff.

and lol @ zilfondel ... seems kinda outta whack, but this building is tuned nearly perfectly (as far as I could determine) with Maxis' default game buildings :) I used the Pedriana against this one for reference.

It's not a reward lot, it just counts as those two categories of buildings for other rewards to be unlocked with. ;) If that makes any sense.

too tall for me , arr but still very nice! fits in with he maxis buildings quite well from the looks of things. also like the subtle nightlights

I like the lighting. It's subtle, highlights the shape of the building and isn't "in your face". It's a great shaped building too.
