Its nice and all but..........its a litle to short, and it needs a few more props maybe a fence and a couple power boxs. I would give you to thubms up for the bat other the its heigth. Other then that its great.

Hey great idea on commercial demand and NIMBY residential effects! People hate living by these things (I like the great reception myself), but they should do something for the economy. How about Industrial HT growth? Could be a great added utility.

Just needs to be taller. Other than that it's great.

I love it but I have to agree with the others a tad bit taller maybe another 25 feet or so. other than that the model itself is great I would rate you an 8/10 for execllent work!

Its very realistic, but yeah make it much taller.

These settings are TOO Radical and will skew the game ... in reality these things do boost commerce but it scares residents away.

The +50 commercial demand is a tad radical. But it looks great.

Definitely needs some more height. Personally, I would suggest making this appear in the one of the Utility menus or something, and moderate the effects. More...

...Continued...Keep the plop cost, but turn the monthly cost into a small profit (cell companies pay taxes on these!) Defintely a great idea and a good model (there's not enough of these!), but I'll hold off DLing and rating until there's an update.

Thanks for the comments. I will revise v2 to be taller and move it to the power menu. Seems to make more sense there. Also, +commercial radius will go down to 20. OK? Any tips on how to help HiTech Ind grow? Can't find it in LE or LEProp.

This is pretty cool. I work for T-Mobile and think this is a fun addition to the game. Some cell sites are placed right on top of office buildings, so those who think this tower is too short can maybe hide it in between some of their taller commercial buildings.

Maybe you can do a taller tower on your third try. These towers always come in many heights.

I Like it, I like anything to do with something that boosts commercial demand. Cause there's a lot of stuff that boost residential demand anyway. So this will be a great addition to my game.
