I limited the delegateship to 40 days to give other nations a chance to become delegate rather then waiting a long time for an election, but the limit can be changed to three or four months (or any length) if the region wants to.

I agree that this should be the Constitution of the Simtropolis Region, I have no objections and I like the three month minimum rule. There is one last rule we could implement in the constitution, because of the concerns over UN Delegate elections. Elections Members nations of the Simtropolis Region who are also members of the United Nations must decide which nation should become UN Delegate, Endorsements should be added or withdrawn depending on the Delegate's performance and whether a challenging nation for the delegateship is capable of the responsibility. There is also a 40 day limit of Delegateship, if a nation's Delegateship lasts this long, an election will need to be called within four days.

Thanks Audland/simzebu for the Archiving of the Posts, we don't have to change the name of the region, but I am willing to support a name change if it happens , the second direction could be the best option we have for the future of the region. I would also like to listen to oldfart's opinion about this matter as well as opinions from other ST Region members (we could do a poll?). Edit: I just checked that oldfart has not logged on Simtropolis since 11th of May.

Simtropolis Members are more then welcome to join our Region, we are currently suffering from a lack of nations at the moment and we are only recovering slightly. Actually I do have a few plans for the Lot which I will do some screenshots in the lot editor. I may need to delay rendering (again), as my computer was making a strang noise while rendering, but I will keep attempting. Sometimes I don't like Gmax/BAT because of the extremely slow rendering time, In Simcity 5 Maxis better improve rendering time on models.

Thanks for the comment , the floor texture is actually bricks, because I didn't put a floor inside the building, but before the very last render I will add the floor.

Hi again, I haven't logged in to Simtropolis lately because I had a very heavy workload to do, but luckily it is all out of the way. Hi, again, I have completed the front and back of the Moto and now I have got to do the roof (Roof Junk) Anyway here are the pictures of the Highway/Motorway Service Station. (The Travelodge will be a seperate Building) I have nearly finished the Travelodge, all I need to do is to probably add an Air Conditioning Unit. Any Comments are welcome.
