UPDATE: This lot should now grow on medium density lots as well (thank you, Equinox)
This is another 6 story rental apartment. It is in the art deco style and houses 300 R$ sims. It is 3 tiles wide and 2 tiles in depth. It also only grows on corners. It can only grow on high density zoning for some reason even though I placed it on a know medium density lot; I am unable to change that as of yet. The building is based on those in my neighborhood as well as those throught other boroughs of NYC.
