First BAT? Holy Moly you're amazing! The building ain't much to brag about. It's very SOM, but you did a great job modelling it. The sign looks nice too. And if this is better in game than in pics than it must be REALLY good.

It adds some much needed simplicity to Simtropolis. The only thing I would fix if I were you would be the nightlights. You could use some detailing behind the windows, like desks and whatnot. Apart from that this definetly deserves a ten. Very nice! Thanks! :D

Looks extremely good for a first BAT. It's simple, but we need the simple buildings as much as the complex ones, as they're just as common (there's probably at least 2 buildings in Sydney with a similar style to this).
