About This File
This is a set of - currently - twenty-one additional high-wealth residential stage 8 lots. These extras allow not only for you to see some of the new textures and props created by Simtropolis members in conjunction with some Maxis-made buildings, but also for more control over where exactly those stage 8s grow. For example, if you want a skyscraper, zone a 4x6 zone of high-density residential (or 5x5, or 5x4), and most likely (as long as you don't have any custom residential growables of the same lot size) you'll get a stage 8.
This set was made possible by way of kingofsimcity, who has recently uploaded a similar set, and from whom I have received permission to upload modified versions of his extra lots, in addition to my own creations.
Half the purpose of these new lots is to have some cool-looking props that Maxis did not get to use when they were making the game show up on your default residential lots. As such, there are quite a few dependencies. Not every file requires every one of these plugins, but if you want to use all of them, you're gonna need all of these.
