6459978: Have you ever seen it snow or rain in Simville? ;-) In the real world, under/in ground structures generally have pumps. Ideally, it could just drain off into underground resevoirs and be used for agriculture. Mall & catch basin... Such a deal!

This sub mall is awesome! Are you making any UBER-RICH malls, like, with upscale shops? THAT would also be cool!

How can you possibly get more "up-scale" than Radio Shack? :-)

Have had a look at this in-game, and I must say it's stunning. Looking forward to one with subway capacity (there's a station on the city end of my rail line that has a little shopping centre at one of its entries. In fact, many of the stations in the CBD have underground shopping in the city...
