By popular demand; the service roads that come with the oil drill as a seperate network in the roads menu. Does not require oil under your city and can be built right from the start. Freight vehicles can drive on them, making them an efficient tool to manage traffic. Note that water/power/sewage does not travel along these roads.
To use, unzip the attached file and place it in your \Origin\SimCity\SimCityData folder.
NOTE: Use at your own risk. This mod is a change to the game files and we do not yet know the effects this has on the game or how Maxis will deal with them.
