The Turlington Building is a 17-story building in the heart of Downtown Tallahassee, Florida. The building was completed in 1990. The entire building serves as the Florida Department of Education. It was named after former Education Commissioner Ralph Turlington. Built in 1926, the Cathedral of Learning is a 42 story 163m tall Gothic Revival skyscraper located in Pittsburgh, USA. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places, and is an iconic example of the Gothic Revival Style. It is the second tallest educational building in the world, and the tallest in the US. I have tried to create the building as close to real life as possible, the only thing not on the real building are the stairs on the back side. If you do not know what file to get, then get Maxisnite. If you do not have the Darknite mod, you can get it here. They consist of the building itself, plus a custom bush prop and custom path prop. Note: I am planning to eventually make a City Hall and University lot for my building, but haven't figured out how to properly make the script so that it can have conditions you have to meet before the lot can be placed. Out in the rural areas it's more important to know how to ride a horse than driving a car... so here is a school where your folks can learn just that. LOTS * 5x3 lot with the riding school. * 3x2 lot with a family of 5 stables that plop randomly. All other stats are the same. Find it in the 'Education Menu'. The single lot with the family of stables is designed as a landmark and completely neutral. Can be plopped anywhere and connected with eyecandy paths or access roads, e.g. SPAR. Find it in the 'Landmarks' menu. In 1925, Andrew D. Rean, a local researcher, found traces of an ancient aquatic llama civilization, sparking world-wide llamamania. This branch of your local library system is named in his honor, and holds a special section devoted to the aquatic llama, where A. D. Rean can often be found boosting his ego.
