Ehi guys, as a mentioned before, I wanted to try to model the garden directly into 3ds Max. Since I'm a very noob BATer, this is taking a long time. Also I'm not very happy with the result, but not sad either, let's say on average happy Well, i let the screenshot do the talking.

I wanted to keep it more clean as possibile, as it is intended to be a R$$$ house, but I think you are actually right, especially the yellow one seems to be a bit too much "flat". I will surely experiment with texture, once I'm done with the model. Keep in mind that i'm not that skilled when It comes to texturing

Ehi guys! Sorry for the late reply, but it's been a busy few days. Yet, somehow, I managed to get my hands on the project a little. To be honest it's been a little demanding house, both due to my busy schedule and the fact that I'm working on 3ds Max (still learning, although is very similar to gmax). However, I'm finally here to satisfy your requests Here's the preview render of the project, as it appear so far (it's obviously not finished yet). Not a lot of work to be done, but the little things and details that make a scene come really alive are still missing (and some texture too of course). Also I'm still undecided whether to model the gardens directly on 3ds max or not. Your opinions?

I had some little time today to model some more details for my next house I believe indeed that latin and south-italian architecture share some (if not many) traits in common, that's why i also always collect latin stuff frome the exchange

I promised to keep you updated guys and here I am. So, this is what I'm currently working on. This will be part of the next Salento Houses Pack. As my previous pack basically consisted of R$ and R$$, I'm now focusing on R$$$ houses (although an R$$ house is already finished, i will upload a pic if you wish). The idea is to provide some R$$$ houses of course, but also some commercial lots for my Salentinian towns, that will basically consist in houses with some commercial activity on the ground floor, as you may see in lots of Apulia towns. Something special with this lot? That's the first one i'm working on using 3ds Max, as every previous BAT was produced with Gmax. Wish me good luck So, as already stated... every criticism, opinion or tip will be welcome

Hello everyone! So i decided to open my own thread here to show you my work and to give some backstory on my ongoing project as well. This will also be and index for all my already uploaded content. I expect some feedback from you guys, tips, opinions, criticisms and requests. Everything will be welcome. So, what am I working on? As some of you may have noticed i recently uploaded two houses packs called Salento Houses Pack. But what I'm talking about when i say Salento? Well, long story short, that's the place where i come from, a little region (not an actual one, most like and historic region) in the bigger Apulia, South Italy. The thing Is, I recently left Salento some years ago and moved to a bigger city in the north. This Is when my approach to SimCity changed. I started to feel the need to recreate those places. I know, I'm a nostalgic guy. So i spent so much time collecting stuff from Simtropolis and SC4D, but nothing seems to really fit the style I'm looking for. So here i am, finally an active member of this beautiful community, trying to Bat the houses i always saw. Let's start!

Hello everyone! I really enjoyed making my first house pack so... here i am again! This second pack consist in 2 models, each model have 4 variation and each variation at least 3 (up to 5) lots. I did the math fot you. It's 37 lots. As for the previous pack, all the lots come in 1x1 and 1x2 sizes and are suitable for a w2w environment. They all belong to the Euro tileset. If you haven't already done so, feel free to take a look to the previous Salento House Pack DEPENDENCIES - BSC Common Dependencies Pack - You will also need the gorgeus Environment DLC by Barroco Hispano for most of the trees to show up in lots EDIT: One of the models also come as a commercial building, despite it doesn't appear to be one. I did it on purpose, to reflect the fact that many people in south Italy may work from home. This doesn't only apply to remote workers but also to beauticians, barbers, lawyers, financial advisors (...and so on) that may have their office/laboratory right into their homes. If you are not interested in this feature simply delete the "CS$$" files from the R_SalHouse_07 folder.- 3 Reviews

Another quick question here. Have someone ever experienced an issue with gmax where a portion of the viewport seems to freeze on the screen like in the pics? I've been using Gmax for months now and never experienced this problem, until last week. The area also persist over other programs as you can see. I've tried to switch beetween different drivers also, but with no results. The only workaround i was able to find is changing the screen resolution and then going back to the previous one. This seems to "erase" the glitchy areas, but they just come back in a few minutes and it's getting a bit annoying. Any idea of what the problem is? -

Thank you so much! I actually already modeled some trees in gmax, but was not happy with the result! Well, i'll keep trying and maybe give a try with 3ds instead. -

Hi, everyone! Quick questione: Is there anywhere a tutorial/guide on how to model a proper tree/flora item? I know there's a lot of great stuff out there, but i really need some specific flora that can't be found anywhere, so i decided to make it by myself. But i Just don't know where to start. Any suggestion? -

These are some tipical Apulia (South Italy) houses. It’s my first attempt on BATting, so they may not be perfect. They all belong to the Euro tilesets and grow on medium and low density residential zones. The lots have 1x1 and 1x2 sizes. The only dependency is the BSC Common Dependencies Pack- 5 Reviews
