Hi guys, may I know where can I find this "multi-modal" station? And also the "twin tower" on the right of the screenshot below? Thanks for the help. By the way, the new camera mod is super cool. This community is awesome and full of surprises!

Still does not appear. As for the Chase Phoenix tower, yea that is the file. Looks like I should test out on a fresh installation of SC4. Might be my problem then... Thanks @nos.17

Hi everyone, I need some help in getting this mod to work. I installed all the dependencies (the contents of F-15 and T-6 (Made by Tabinohito) Dropbox link is fetched from WebArchive: https://web.archive.org/web/20150109193156/https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9300614/Tabi/Tabi.zip) However, upon firing up SC4, the AFB is still the old one, no new props of F-22, F-15 etc. appear. I tried to add a zzz prefix to the LOT file and restart SC4, the result is still the same. The props won't appear. Is it because of some ID conflicts or is it due to something else? Thanks for the help guys. ----------------------------------------------------- P.S. The Maxis Night version of the Chase Phoenix Tower fail to load properly (a big brown box will appear). Only the darknight version is working properly.

Nice view here. Can you share how you create the long curvy sandy beaches? The default Maxis beach plop is "rigid" and rectangular in shape and looks very ugly when plopped on irregular shores. Thanks. Hope to see more of your screenshots here. -
So, this happened just beyond the busiest railway station in my region. I have no idea if this is a bug with SC4's default automata setting or something else... Usually trains collide, err they don't somehow "pass through" each other like nothing happens... Make you wonder why in SC4... Anyway, this is the HRW Union station, the busiest station in my region's fictional Shaw island. The rightmost line is for international (regionwide) arrivals/departures, second line from right is for domestic routes which see freight trains passing through as well, the second line from left is unoccupied (treat it as a minor repair yard for small technical issues or temporary train parking/holding facility). The leftmost line is for freight trains and occasionally some passenger trains use them (as in the funny example in this post). Zoomed-out view (By the way, Imgur says the image below may be erotic, and asks to confirm that I am 18+...): The area to the east is the urban area, to the south are some farms and fields. It's busy because as you can see from the image it serves the neighboring city tile as well and connect to the rest of the region. So, do you guys find the image "erotic"?

No worries. That's an impressive BATting rate nevertheless!

Time to hunt for buildings again! Need help from our fellow experts here to identify these: Take your time. Sorry for being a bit demanding. All buildings below except the Melbourne 101 Collins Street Tower and the Westpac building (I have downloaded them). Source for all images above: (Very nice CJ entry!) Thanks guys! This is an amazing community.

Hi. Nice to meet new friend from Indonesia. "Selamat datang". Yes, I didn't mention how I achieve that budget in a short time frame. I played this map for several months already, you can find it here: I tweaked the NAM parameters so that I collected lots of income from the transportation side. You can see I collected a lot of money by tweaking the "income per tile by travel type" parameter below: I find SC4 to be a bit restrictive on managing city budgets, especially on how you collect and spend money. In real life, local authorities/governments can collect money from very diverse sources, such as various form of taxes, permit auctions (e.g. Singapore's Certificate of Entitlement for vehicles), tolls, investment from past reserves (GIC/Temasek in Singapore). In most Asian countries, governments directly own stakes in companies (aka Government-linked companies, or GLCs) and those equity stakes generate income for governments as well via dividends/interests etc. An example can be seen in Singapore's case here: https://www.mof.gov.sg/docs/librariesprovider3/budget2023/download/pdf/fy2023_analysis_of_revenue_and_expenditure.pdf In SC4, for the income side, you can only vary income taxes, collect tolls and hope for some mods to give you rewards of hundred of thousands of Simoleans per month such as this one: http://descargas.capitalsim.net/?sitio=csc&descarga=3709 For expenses side, in real life, we pay our utilities (water, electricity, trash collection) and depending on household income/country system, we pay for our education, healthcare etc. In SC4, most of these are paid by the government entirely, which is very unrealistic. In real life, cities and countries trade with one another. SC4 only simulates "cross-border" people movements and allow limited "cross-border" investments with some deals on the utilities side. I tried looking for a solution and find transportation to be a good parameter to tweak as the transportation income grows with more population (which imply more travel) on an exponential scale and will approach a logistic function (plateaus out) as the city reaches its maximum possible development. But I am not sure how to offset the expenses at the same time, so my cities all have huge budget surpluses and never really have any dirty industries. Of course, you can say this is cheating and I have no objection to that. I just enjoy the process of growing tall towers and fiddling around with my transportation networks. I play SC4 mostly for aesthetic reasons, not really about seriously managing the budget (given the restrictions above) while growing a city. But this is just me.

By the way, do you plan to release your tall towers above? A lot of shiny buildings look elegant. The Ping An Financial Center, twin GuangZhou IFC and CITIC towers are all great. If got night lights would be very great.

Awww. No problem. I can understand that. Your Canton Tower is great. It pops up often in my city to fulfill the hungry CS$$ demands... Night lights are beautiful! It's the only colourful tower I can find in the skyline.

Thanks for the check. I tried to copy the .dat file into the SC4 Tech folder and restarted SC4, still no changes. But never mind, I will just demolish the lot and regrow it. Thanks for all your help and detailed checking in the past few posts.

Ohh I know you made lots of tall Chinese buildings. Thanks a lot. I downloaded a lot of your Guangdong/Guangzhou/Pearl River Delta buildings. As a Chinese myself, I have a small request: can you BAT this? There are some 3D models available online. https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/shanghai-tower-e24fd5a66bbb4faaa7a8e26d3e7478fa The China Zun is also nice too. Thanks a lot. I like your stuffs!

Hi Tyberius. I double-checked that my version is the old STEX version (I don't play with CAM). I uploaded the zipped installer here for your reference. These are what appear in my Documents\SC4\Plugins\SimGoober\RLS\Industry\SC4 Tech folder I reinstalled it but it still does not show up in my city (like the screenshot earlier). But I checked my other cities and funnily they appear... Are you sure the missing building is SC4 Tech by SimGoober? SC4 Tech seems to have a larger footprint with more parking lots. You can see from below that his internal gas mod (Upper left corner) is also working fine. SG_Install_SC4 Tech.zip
