I think, it should be placed to let's say Chicago tileset since it's not a 2000s building. Tho, honestly, I haven't researched the building for that long. By the way, nice classic hotel. Again, 5/5 for ya!

Awesome work mate! I notice there's a huge lack of high capacity CS$$ buildings in SC4. This humble building helps fulfill the hungry CS$$ demand and yet can go unnoticed in cities with many high rises. Very cool addition to my list of SC4 mods.
