This is my 1st lot! So go easy on me. The Launch Arcology from SimCity 2000 is back! Well at least as a landmark. In a failed attempt to make a plopable R$$$ I decided to release this as a landmark at least. The arcology has a very positive effect upon your city. It is also environmentally friendly, except for trash. This sucker producers trash like tomorrow and will cost you a pretty price to place. Lot Cost: $200,000 Bulldoze Cost: $2,000 Disclaimer: Launch Arcology will not actually launch. Even if you place 350 of them. BAT and Lot are included in the download. -

My first map-upload. I made a grayscale map based on Dinotopia. I have played the same region with lots of success. There are islands, rivers, mountains, high desert and even flat plains. Note this is not suppose to be an exact replica of Dinotopia but a similar style island map. Hope you enjoy my map! Hmm Its still not working. I will go over what i did. 1. Made 3D Building and rendered the BAT. 2. Went into the Plug-in Manager and made a Landmark version. 3. Went into Lot Editor and made a 12x12 Landmark Lot with my building BAT. 4. Picked a R$$$ lot copied it for my growable template. 5. Went into the Reader and made the lot 12x12. 6. Went into Plugin Manager and filled out the stuff for a R$$$. 6. Went back into Lot Editor and brought up the now 12x12 R$$$ and replaced the building with my new BAT R$$$ building (since now it could fit on the lot). 7. Went into the Reader and changed the Landmark to "_Plop" 8. Then deleted the properties in the tutorial they said not to have and copied over the ones i did need from my growable version (which is much too big to grow). 9. Went into Occupation Group and deleted the 2 other fields and changed the 1st to 0x11030. 10. Went to Occupant Types and filled in 0x1010, 0x1020 and 0x1030. 11. Added LotConfigPropertyLotObject and set it to 0xff. 12. LotConfigPropertyWealthTypes set to 0x01, 0x02, 0x03. Is this correct? 13. Skipped LotConfigPropertyDoConstruction since it said it was optional. 14. Tested in the game and nothing shows up except for my original LM file. I can tell the difference since one has trees and one does not. In short I have 3 lots. 1. Resized R$$$ growable lot. 2. Landmark Lot 3. Plopable Lot (Which I have been editing) I also have things back up multiple times. In a separatefolder from the plug-in folder Also in the end if I want to just have the plopable version all i need is the BAT and the Lot file right?

Thank you. I have been having trouble though. I think i messed up somewhere for the plopable part. I can make a RCI bigger though, which was useful. I will have to go it the plopable stuff again. But i wanted to show you what my lot looked like. Atleast as a landmark lot at the moment. EDIT Even with those numbers its not showing up. What's the Occupant Type suppose to be? Is it the same number as the OG? This is very frustrating. However I have gotten pretty far for only a few days.

@RippleJet Ok I now have a few problems when making my lot plopable. 1. In the tutorial it says to make a growable version so you can copy over the information to the landmark version and make that plopable. However my building is so huge it only fits on 10x10 or bigger. And thus I made my lot 12x12 for the landmark but the biggest R lot is 6x6. If i just make a generic R 6x6 lot can i copy over that info to the landmark? Also it says I can put that info in manually. How would I determine what should be in these fields. This tutorial seems to be for Commercial Plopables and is a bit confusing on how to do Residential Plopables. 2. I do not know what the Hex code is for the "Occupancy Groups" property of R$$$. In the tutorial they listed it for only Cs$ . "Now open it again, click on add, and type in the value "0x00013110". Click the first apply button , and you should see two values in the top and the bottom. Hit the bottom apply button, and this window closes and the changes take affect."

Ok it worked but I can't seem to edit the stats with this and in the readme it said "To find out how to change your Building Name or add a descriptive field to your Menu, search for Ralphaelninja on the Simtrop Lotexchange for "WhoaLot"." Sadly my searches have lead me nowhere

I was able to make a BAT Launch Arcology, however I do not know how to make RCI Plopable lots. How do you make one? Am I missing some sort of button or field in the Plug-in Manager? If you don't want to explain it all can you point me to a tutorial? I do not mind reading them, I just can't find one on it. EDIT: I think this might help me. But i would still like to know if i am on the right track.
