    Is there anyone here like me? I put Dr.VU research center in the center of my city. Then I checked many random houses and apartment around my city, the hospital grade always high, but I opened the health map and then it showed low health everywhere

    I think when your city can affort solar power plant ,you definitely rich, now you need clean air for growing R$$$ and Co$$$ and the only thing now is to replace old gas power plant with this. The price is not the problem. The problem is the monthly cost, it make a huge punch to your budget. BUT I can't download this, sorry, it's good but the monthly price is way TOO CHEAP that make me feel like i'm cheating. I think it sould be around 5000$-6500$/month
