    LedPro is a large manufacturer of LED lamps. LED lamps are clusters of LEDs grouped together in a special housing. These lamps can be used instead of normal light bulbs. The benefit of these lamps is the low amount of energy they require and there long life time. Although they are more expensive than normal light bulbs they are a great investment. This high tech industrial building provides 918 jobs. There are three lotsizes included: 4x4, 4x5 and 5x4. This is an unCAMed version of the original found on the SC4D LEX. This file provides only a growable lot, however with the plop cheat this building can be plopped.     CSGdesign, that kind of stuff is already integrated in the simulator with the use of Census Drives (Demand of Workforce). A CS$$$ building for example with 100 jobs creates demand for: 8 R$$$, 30 R$$ and 62 R$ sims. More information about this can be found in the SC4 Strategy Guide by Greg Kramer :)

    There is a larger 2x3 version included with a nice restaurant in the 'backyard'. It's also that version which requires most of the dependencies. Take it or leave it, but do not complain about it. It's useless, my work will always contain quite a lot of dependencies ;)
