    I don't know about in the U.S. but in parts of Canada (British Columbia [lower mainland] and Saskatchewan [Regina]) have skate parks in middle/upper class neighbourhoods. So this would fit in any area where I live and lived.

    Lacrosse is the official national sport of canada believe it or not!! I know nothing about it though!!! The field could be a little less bright seeing as it is an outdoor lot... other than that it looks like a lacrosse field.

    Here's a thought.... why not download it and make it to your OWN specifications instead of commenting that you're not going to download it?? I like the generic look. I'll definitely download this and make my OWN lot and stats to fit my cities.

    two words for all the whiners... plugin manager... rate the model and the presentation... not the stuff you can do (but are too lazy to do) on your own. You want growable, do it yourself...As for me... looks good... I might try to use it as a lower middle class type dwelling. thanks for the house!!

    not to get too off topic... but Future Shop was bought out by Circut City, so it's technically no longer canadian... Best Buy moved into Canada because of Circut City's buyout because they are one of Circut City's biggest competitors. Great looking Canadian Tire and Future shop models... I haven't downloaded the Canadian Tire model yet, but is there a service bay entrace too? same with Future Shop... they have a service bay door to drive your into to have your stereos and/or remote car starters installed on location.

    What's with all the model files in the zip?? which one is which?? when making a ploppable and growable please be more clear on which files are for the plop and which are for the grow so that we aren't filling up are computer with files we don't want.

I don't know how to put pictures in the post so here is an attached file (which means there is even less of a chance of this being looked at...). The request is Western Canada Place North and South in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It's a simple but nice looking glass building. thanks for your time!!

    what the hell is it with this community and roof junk?!?!?! Even when a real life building that is batted that has no "roof junk", people still ask for "roof junk". Not every building has a bloody air conditioner or pipes exiting from the roof!! And as for balcony junk...

    could someone make a R$ and R$$ wealth houses that are diagonal on a lot to for a corner lot house for use in our suburbs. the way it is now looks bad with a corner house facing the side of another house and not the street. a (very crappy) diagram is provided for an example of what I mean.

    a st george's church thing (was this suppose to be the model??) in the "type" column it just says "file"... a st george's lot file and desc file and two jpgs for day/night views. The actual church model (like I said the first time) is missing.

    no the model is not. there is an entrance model and .SC4Desc file... a flagpole model and desc file... a fullpath maodel and desc file... 3 gravestone models and desc files... a readme...
