Here's beautiful Baltimore, Maryland! And a sattelite photo. Actually, I'm not sure about this, but in response to above, I think Baltimore has the 1st largest natural harbor in the world. -

I think I understand your problem. With large buildings, since there are a large number of residents, once it develops, it puts (sometimes) 1000+ more people onto the connecting road. Now, this would normally put the road into the red, drastically increasing commute time. For best results with tall buildings, user an avenue or one-way street connecting. -

I actually don't know... Education perhaps? Better EQ means higher paying jobs... Or lifespan maybe? You have more time to work with a longer lifespan... -
