Got the download from Origin a few years ago which worked on the system I had at the time, with the next computer upgrade to windows 8 I had to install the launcher and follow this guide to make it work which it did. With the windows 10 upgrade the game still worked through the launcher for a few months until I had to edit the documents again to recognize my graphics card, which kept up through last month until it stopped working. Only the graphics rules document is being reverted erasing the changes I made, I put the line back in, open the launcher and start the game only for it to crash. I'm fairly certain I've tried almost everything that others have tried to make it work, system restore, reverting to old drivers, clean install are just a few basics that may come to mind along with say the first five pages of google searches on all the topics. The game worked perfectly fine, mods were all in order, no drivers or updates were installed within the hour break I took.

Reverting to the old drivers, system restore and even what you had suggested didn't work. Last time I was playing I quit for a break and came back to the ctd, the game just completely stopped working within an hour.

I'm having the same issues. Everything was working fine I didnt update anything except the drivers on my graphics card or install a faulty plugin. I edited both text documents and like that the game worked, fast forward a few months until the update and now a CTD every time I try to launch the game. The graphics rules revert back to their original settings no matter what combination of my card I've even tried deleting the backup of it. Even after a complete clean install even on a new computer nothing else added the graphics rules revert.

SC4 > 2013 After what ea did to battlefield and seeing what was new with this game, i knew that it was going to be a flop. Still needs alot of work and after that i might consider a free trial.

Could someone please make a duplicate of this BAT / lot or whatever its called. I like to make small rural communities but placing a clinic, two schools, police and fire station all take up too much room and can ruin me financially. I downloaded this before and it didnt quite work out properly, i also downloaded something similar and that didnt work either. An all in one building for small rural communities would be perfect. Education, health, police and fire in a single ploppable BAT or lot would help greatly for many others as well. Say maybe a couple hundred for student capacity, same goes for health and jail cells. Radius maybe extending a kilometer in diameter, plop cost couple thousand or ten or 15, idk get creative.

I vaguely remember a couple years back i saw a small government city center like thing, it included a small clinic, fire department, police and school, the works. Basically an all in one building for small rural communities. I did download one similar, its 2x4 but it didnt work right with my small island town. I've looked for over an hr on the stex and forums but i couldn't find anything. The reason im looking for this is because i dont want to place a school, clinic, police station and ect..... because it'll take up too much space and financially will sink my city.
