    The picture already tell you about the beach mod used, the PEG OWW set, that can be found here (You must login/register first before able to download those files, the registration is free) The Peg-Oww set is the actual beach building with a transparent base texture on the lot, therefore the actual beach is not part of the Peg-OWW.

    Well your right about that, since our boy is premature and we were having a problem with him gaining weight we had to wake up every 4 hours and feed him. It takes alot out of you.

    Hello Simtropolis friends, I have some great news to share with the community, Me and my girlfriend of 5 years are now the proud parents of a beautiful baby boy. Please welcome to the world our little Davyn Jack Harding Walton-Phillips! He was born on November 25th 2012, weighting in at 5 pounds 5 ounces. He was premature the original due date was December 20th 2012. The baby and momma are doing great, his current weight is 5 pounds 9 1/2 ounces.
