Some more Rostock - sadly this city is virtually unplayable on my current laptop, hopefully I can upgrade to 32GB RAM and a quad-core CPU soon. So the pictures show the following: 1. Hampton Inn on Manor St. and 14th St. (looking north on Manor St.) 2. Houston St. and 7th St. (looking south on Houston St.) - this is in Atwater Village, a trendy, gentrified, former port area which has declined along with manufacturing, though proximity to downtown Rostock has made it desirable over the years. 3. A random street in Cypress Park, an inner-city suburb of Rostock - definitely more working class than Atwater Village.

Downtown Rostock and inner city/port areas being built atm. Still have a lot of gap filling to do... though population's up to 103K already.

Did anyone say SUBWAYS?!!! Pics from Rostock's Blue, Green, and Red Lines - map coming soon.

A view of Downtown Rostock, now home to around 80,000 Cims.

Shots of the Historic Downtown in Rostock (wish I had a map to show the area but my Cimtographer's having trouble lol) - this part of Downtown is east of Fulman Avenue, between 3rd and 9th Streets - most shots are looking on 7th and 8th Streets (though the second pic is on 6th Street), containing the most important office and shopping corridors, respectively, within the city of Rostock.

Additional Public Transit
henrys1996 replied to andreharv's topic in Cities: Skylines Modding - Open Discussion
@YP Justice I think the 125th Street station on the (1) train line in New York City would be a good real-life example- 1,259 Replies

Just outside Downtown Rostock - a new American city I'm building, on Manor Street, near 18th:

You are a rising star. The detailing is beautiful, realistic and your town has a unique, suburban feel to it. I love it.

Entry 42 : Ashford Metro
henrys1996 commented on Linoa06's City Journal Entry in Skylines of Cathnoquey
Amazing. Hopefully another transit measure will bring more stations to the Blue/Orange Lines, and some new trains as well - and maybe a completely new line could be in the works? If it came, I'd vote YES. I know in certain areas, these kinds of measures require a 2/3 majority to be passed - which can be kinda ridiculous. But anyway, fantastic update- 14 Comments

I'm not sure if that's how you get on the Metro, but that's a new method of park & ride I guess lol... Coincidentally, the car's color matches the line color!

I should've been more clear about "working class" - I use the terms middle class and working class almost interchangeably (though probably, erroneously). But I agree - Hillary failed miserably at listening to people, namely those screwed over during the past few years and it blew up in her face.

I was a Bernie-or-Buster (kinda-sorta) and I voted for Jill Stein, but in many ways, I definitely saw how the media just spewed out corporate talking points as to why everyone had to vote for Hillary, which I never bought. I saw how Rachel Maddow talked about how if "Jill Stein voters had voted for Hillary Clinton, she would have won." Oh, please, cry me a river, build a bridge and get over it - you lost and stop blaming Stein and Johnson voters. The truth is that the DNC and Hillary Clinton's hubris and dare I say, stupidity were what tipped the scale in Trump's favor: the Democrats simply ran a campaign featuring (a) the most Establishment-type candidate out there, (b) unlimited PC outrage about Donald Trump saying bad words and then trying to butter people up with vague clichés and platitudes (namely, "I'm with her" and "Stronger together") that people are not in the mood for, (c) the excoriation of third-party voters even though the Democrats knew people could not bear Hillary, and (d) nothing for people to vote FOR (gee, I wonder if that's important). In the eyes of many, Trump had a quasi-fascist platform (and even some of his voters even admitted it) and won because he actually went and spoke to the pissed off steel workers in Pennsylvania and Ohio, he talked to the desperate working class people in Michigan and Indiana, and the pissed off farmers in Wisconsin while Hillary and the Democrats didn't seem to care all while courting neocons and touting their endorsements. Compare the crowd sizes at Trump and Bernie rallies against the crowd sizes at Hillary's "rallies" - Donald Trump garnered a cult following practically overnight, because he actually talked to people who are frustrated and created a message about the bad trade deals like NAFTA and TPP. Not to mention that Trump got $2 BILLION in free coverage from the media - he was on EVERY news network as they would follow his every move and call it "breaking news", all while shaming anyone who opposed Hillary Clinton, INCLUDING Bernie supporters. People like Hillary Clinton, Donna Brazile, and Debbie Wasserman-Schultz are exactly why people are leaving the Democratic Party in droves, because they all conspire and put their thumb on the scale so that establishment politics gets jammed down the throats of the American people. And "journalists" like Rachel Maddow, Anderson Cooper, Brian Williams, and Wolf Blitzer are exactly why people have had enough of the media - because they live in a bubble and don't cover issues that matter, choosing to follow Donald Trump's and Hillary Clinton's every move instead. This election really should serve as an indictment on the Democrats, the establishment, and the mainstream media, and serve as an opportunity to realize people have had it with their BS. The Democrats need to purge themselves of those boring, bland establishment politicians who work at the behest of their corporate donors instead of the people who elect them, or as Trump handily put it, DRAIN THE SWAMP. What will happen to Hillary after this, I have yet to know, but I sincerely hope that this is the last time that America sees the Clintons on the political stage, because I have absolutely no sympathy for them whatsoever - and quite frankly, I'm sick and tired of them.

@Linoa06 Looks fantastic! Guess we'll have to compare Orange Lines when we're done building them

A few "metro" stations in Downtown Wilmington: Century National Stadium - still a WIP (Green Line - transfer to Blue Line underground, future Orange Line station on elevated platform) Financial District (Green Line, future Orange Line) Valencia (Yellow Line, future Purple Line) A map of the currently unfinished Blue Line (16 stations built, 18 to go):
