    Jason, you have the most beautiful buildings on the stex. I love the faded advertisements on the rear. It reminds me on buildings here in downtown Chicago where you can see ads for lye soap, and Armour meats, and now-defunct hotels. It's that kind of attention to detail that sets your work apart. I will use every single building that you put out and I can hardly wait for more. Thanks!

    BIGSLARK - I'm pretty sure that there is a "bus blocker" lot on the STEX. Just search "bus" and look for it. It works similar to the truck blocker.

    It looks nice - I always can use more MFG lots. Can you really specify lot sizes for industrial by pressing control? I thought that was just for residential and commercial. It would be great it if we could.

    Astoundingly detailed. I can't believe that this is "just learning through GMAX" project for you. I'm amazed! The building immediately reminds me on the Wrigley Building in Chicago, which is also very beautiful and from that same period of 20's-30's pre-modern ecclectic ornmament.

    It is a beautiful and accurate model. I'm glad you included the fountains in the plaza. This building represented modernism in the late fifties and early sixties. It is also the building that appears in the opening sequence of "THAT GIRL"!

    Just beautiful. It is reminiscent of the early moderist buildings of Eliel Saarinen in Finland. But it also reminds me of the Chicago Daily News building. Great work - I'm jealous.

    You really have a great feel for Art Deco/1920's period ecclecticism. This building would look right at home in downtown Chicago. I'm going to download all of your buildings of this type. Beautiful!
