SG I think this would make a very nice County Courthouse for smaller towns/citys looks very realistic and I love the shape and what you have sofar the textures look very real and I'm not really worried about what you decide to do with it becuase I consider your BATs to be the most realistic looking in the game. SG seeing all those awesome works of realism on the STEX I had to come here and pay my respect to your excellent work. I am happy you are making these because they look real and go very well in suburb living areas off avenues and such. I also want to thank you for allowing us to change the lots which is what I am doing now because I want all the parking lots to match. I must say I have to post pics of the results if you don't mind because in the game as a shopping plaza all put together they look absolutly amazing. And I have to ask, do you mind if I transit enable of few of your lots to match your Large shopping center? Thank you very much for taking the time to make these wonderful creations.
