Hi guys and thanks for your comments @Sten: Thanks, be sure I'm working on the 40 Wall Street Here two others pictures of the World Trade Center, I've duplicated the Tower A and begun the South Tower . But I've an problem with the render of the two buildings. 3dsmax send me an error message about the memory. I've 16Go of memory and the process use only 4Go, I don't know if it's just a hazarous bug. Well, for tonight, I've only that both pictures of the Twins Towers I've reworked the aluminium facade and the details on the roof View from the sky: View from the Hudson and why SC4 isn't in 3D ? Other picture and news soon -

Hello everyone, thanks for your comments Todays I've done the first render of the North Tower. I've begun the textures, and I thing the roof color need to be more yellow, as the real . And I prepare the inside of the Hall, trees, stairs etc Say me what do you think Enjoyed !! -
I think it's beautiful so far But roof and wall textures, should be improved, but I know you'll fix that details Keep it up !!

Thanks guys . WTC will be my next main project. I have a lot of work here to realise all the complex. At this time I'm working on the Twin Towers. And I need to create the tobin plaza and rotated the buildings on the real direction for modeled the others. I would like, exported them in one BAT, my new computer should be able to do that -

Okay guys, thanks all for your post @Skyscraper & Reddon: So, I'm agree with you men. I need to work on my lighting and the reflections. If the top seem most reflectives than the base, it's probably due to my ground map. I don't know if she is perfectly done for this building design. @Edwardjeria: You're right about this two points I've took the roof of the Citicorp building and the base inspired by the Old WTC and the Freedom tower ( New WTC ) . I've a lot of work on this BAT, glass aren't perfect in my opinion and I need to try several version, and the nightlight.

Here, two pictures of the building done for the community of SimCity 4. I was thinking to call this one, "One SimLand Trust" or "Sims Federal Bank" I don't know, maybe, you can advise me about his name I'm sorry with the the quality of the pictures, it's only an Z4 render at this time. And Made BAT for this game is one of my favorites hobbies yep, I need to finish the bank of hollywood too, but I remember that I should modelised one other neighbor building for the SC4 tiles compatibilities. Hello everyone, I'm back on Simtropolis !! , I wish you're fine guys After several month, to continue my work with Lexington, Comcast and NYBT of course I've seen my Trixies nominations for the American International and NYBT. Thanks a lot for those who's nominated me. And I promise many BAT for this 2014 Year, Art deco and modern glass buildings must be added to the awesome Sim City 4;) I'm working, on a building especially for the community, and I hope you'll like it . But I haven't pictures of this one, maybe soon To begun, an small update of the Lexington Financial Center, I think the day version is ready for export. Now I must work on the nightlight. Say me what do you think about Enjoyed!!
