i just start of with 9% for all and works fine and starts off with low density roads.

if it could add in, after the melt down, sims got infected by the radiation and mutates and becomes a problem. And should add in the army as well. lol

they should have terrorist attack as well in the game -
should have an option to switch it off, its already quite a challenge to build up the city without having the reds and now this..... I have already abandoned 2 cities thanks to this

does it matter if I build roads and buildings on top of the oil? Because thats what I did and doesnt seems to have any negative impact on the oil. -

i have built a bus depot and citizens complaining not enough buses so if i build another bus depot will it help? And i have recycling plant but it cant export out the recycled plastic products.

One of my friend is doing this and his city progression is way faster. Because the overheads are lower compared to mine having grade school, high school...etc

is it true that if you have University then you would not need the grade school anymore? And how to upgrade my industries to high tech? -
as the city progress, population reaches around 50k and education level increased and then industries down fall due to lack of unskilled workers, how to tackle this problem?

Air Pollution Problems

unable to get rid of ground pollution and citizens are drinking dirty water, added 2 filtration systems still dirty. -
the natural disaster is killing my city, gotten into the reds thanks to the all the disaster. How do I get unskilled worker to work in factories as now my citizens becomes too educated and factories starting to close. Or I should switch from industrial to commercial?
