  1. Taking advantage of T-Wrecks' new w2w dirty industry lots, I put together this city. Due to taxes, only four types of development are allowed: R$, CS$, I-D, and I-Agriculture. This shows my selection of low-end BATs and how nicely I treat even my poorest Sims.

  7. A bank robbery in Musa was foiled after the target turned out not to be a bank after all. In what police have described as a "presumptuous" act that "probes the outer limits of criminal stupidity," two bandits entered into a building by shouting "This is a bank robbery!" The building turned out instead to be a fine Italian restaurant. Police responded with lightning speed as the restaurant was next to not one but two donut shops. When the crooks were taken into custody, their explanation for the foolish act was "well, it looked like a bank to me with all that beige stone!" An aerial of the robbery scene. The stone building with the slate roof is not a bank, no matter how much it may look like one. It is in fact a CS$ building from SimCityPolska although I am pretending that it is a fine restaurant for the purposes of this journal.

    I have yet to venture into Lot editing so yes, all these lots were downloaded. Which ones are you referring to specifically though? Greenhouses: FrankU Dutch Fields, if my memory serves me right, Soundbarriers: SFBT Soundwalls... aaand I cant remember about the bikepath, let me know if thats what you wanted to know and I'll check I'm looking for the lots that include the Maxis houses and the greenhouses, unless you're simply using alternating zoning.

    The GenieO popup is part of the advertising scheme that Simtropolis uses when linking to Sc4Devotion. After 5 seconds, a Skip Ad button should appear on the upper right for you to click. What about night lights? Do those work now?

    An aside, but I found a very SimCity-like example of repetition on Google Earth today: Identical BATs is one thing, but couldn't they at least have used a prop family so you don't get five pools in a row?

    I've seen similar buildings in this pack: https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=890 and this one: (Neither of these are Chinese/HK, which is what the picture looks like, but they are pretty passable for that style of 3-4 story, flat-roof, detached buildings.)
