Hi there. What you need to do is tax your R$$$ at about 11.5%. This is because far to many R$$$ sims reside in a city even when there are no jobs available for them. You need to tax the 'excess' R$$$ sims out of your city - there are no jobs available for them. CO$$$, CS$$$ and HT industry only provide a small amount of jobs to R$$$ sims. A lot of the available jobs will go to R$ and R$$ sims. So even if you have heaps of CO$$$, CS$$$ and HT industry jobs, if you have a lot of R$$$, your R$$$ will display the no job zot and abandon. I know this will be heaps of help. Let me know how it goes. Cheers.

Is it best to design your transportation network before polulating an area?

I've noticed that many people plan out their cities with a transportation network before they lay zones. Is this the way to go? Is this what you do? -
