    looks really good, but try to include the basics: How much $ to plop, is there a cost? how large is it? does it have any affects? Just the normal stuff. I look forward to more lots like this though... any plans for larger skyscraper construction lots? Those are always cool.

    I second sc4fan12, it doesn't look bad but could use some improvement. Start up a lotting thread in the SC4 Plugin Manager/Lot Editor section so you can get suggestions before you upload.

    Personally, the dome at the top looks great, along with the bottom. However, the couple hundred metres of tower in between seems to be lacking in detail. Some modified textures will improve it.

    Well now there's an in-game pic. It's not bad. Some parts of the lot could be improved, like the area behind the train station. Other than that, 3/5. It's a good effort. ;)

    I think the building is ugly, but the bat is great. The nightlights are a bit bright for the windows that appear heavily tinted during the day. 9.5/10

    Evillions, are you trying to suggest he used a texture that has no place on a building? It's his first bat, you don't have to be so harsh. Personally i think it looks great 9/10. Great for a first, and the textures are a little clean,but no so much to detract greatly from the structure, great architecture.

    Incredible !!!! Every city should have this BAT. Even if your not doing a NYC re-creation. This way your sims can watch a B-Ball Game, Cheer at a hockey match, Catch a circus, Rock to THE DEAD, or Be inspired by Billy Graham!!! Just some of the things that Madison Square is famous for hosting. Now we need Radio City Music Hall !!! 10+ Good Job.
