The problem I have is exactly like that of Onlyplace4's, but as I said, it only occurs when editing my post. This was before the site came back though, so I will see if it is still an issue EDIT to test Nope, still a problem. 15.gif

2nd EDIT: Yay, it has been fixed! 9.gif

Tracker- That's a security thing... it's there for everyone. 4.gif

In the chat, when someone posts a link to a forum thread it gives me this:

ERROR: Sorry, you do not have permissions to access the requested object.

Error Code: 103 .

The links seem to work for everyone else though. Any idea what's going on?

heya folks!

got two mayor errors, i hope you can fix up soon:

first: when editing an existing post, all pictures get screwed up... it looks like the editor rewrites the picture code when editing an existing code for no reason making the pics get all screwed.

second: a very ... let's call it annoying thing: in spite of being logged in, the stex asks me to log in while browsing more than 4 pages back. I don't know why, but I was unable to fix it by logging out and logging in again. the first 3 pages work fine, but if I wanna check the 4th page on the stex, it tells me that I have to log in, although I AM logged in...

hope you can fix it 1.gif

Yep...I would have done something similar to the website setup at http://abc15.com for the emails. You may have to fumble through the site though to get to the emails.

For some reason all of my PMs show up as unread every time I read one. No big deal, but annoying.

Ditto. Just got it now. I was going to send a pic to Dirk, but can't figure out how to attach a pic to a PM. I'll post it here (sorry about the size I didn't want to compress incase the text got a bit illegible)...

I have an error today. I use the buddy list located on the left hand corner of the page. I have almost 40 buddies on that panel. But now that panel has been replaced by forum categories, and now my buddy list and all the names and the lightbulbs leak onto the forums. It's quite annoying. Hopefully this could be resolved soon. In my opinion, we really don't need a forum categories. The forums are easily accessible in the top menu.

Edit

Here's some pictures depicting what I mean for those who are unclear. I also tested ST in IE, and everything is normal. So it's definitely just a firefox error.

I'm encountering a bug where the smileys show up underneath my sentence when I want it to appear next to my sentence and it shows up next to my sentence in the post box. I am going to attempt to put a smiley next to this sentence. 1.gif

Edit: No, it didn't work.

For some odd reason, in everybody's profile, they have like A1, A2, A3 next to their descriptions. I know it isn't an error, but I'm hoping that can be taken off. Also, whenever I add a ' in my profile, it has this weird coding that goes like G&4@$. I'm not sure why.

yea, I witnessed the error with the smilies aswell.

seems like there is an error with the pictures, because as I just posted some pics, there was automatically a new free line...

editing it out around the pictures worked...

but around the smilies, it doesn't 8.gif and thats bad

Strange, I get links, but only to the top of the thread instead of to the post.

I just noticed today that since the last update, the forums now seem to add a line break in front of every smiley, at least with Firefox 1.15.2.

I don't know if is it me or else, but since yesterday all my thumbnails on my CJ stop having their hyperlinks active. The link is still there, I can see it when I pass the mouse over them, but when I click, nothing happens. To open the links, I have to right-click the thumbnail and order to open in a different window. Any clues? By the way, the CJ is on my sig.

Hmm, Dirk, stop fiddling with the HTML! 3.gif It was OK before, now we can't even do mosaics in Firefox anymore because line breaks keep on getting inserted between images AND there's no way to remove these line breaks! Can you fix it ASAP? It's annoying me.

Well... i don't know if it's a bug, but: I think you should repair other Color Thems, especially "Steel Grey" ... I bet many people ould prefer that one from the default simtrop. 5.0 one.. just because it's similar to the 4.0 , and the colors ar way better in my opinion... 22.gif

Well... tbh, colour themes sound like a low-priority affair to me as long as the linebreaks behave odd with Firefox and Opera, and I don't even see the tool bar in a reply window when I use Opera. My guess would be that this feature to collapse/expand the tool bar is something that doesn't conform to browser-independent standards, but then again I'm really no expert and can only guess.

In any case, it's good to see that so much has been done already and is still being done.
