Don't know if you,ve checked these out, but BriPizza has a couple sets that includes small fishing boats, tugs, and barges. You can find them on his site here. (Scroll down to the "Landmarks - Parks" link.

Try out AC Functional Airports. It's a package that adds a lot of new airports (prefab!) to your airport menu, and also some puzzlepieces, if you should change your mind. Check out this thread to see pictures.

You have to have an account at SC4D to see the download links. Also, be warned! This pack has a lot of dependencies, but it is very much worth it!

Judging by the white and green capsuals growing out of the ground, I would guess this is the work of SimGoober and those capsuals are what he calls the "Fukitol" drug. Although I've never seen this before, it should be easy to find, if you want that farm, it will be in the STEX under his name. This upload is most likely part of the "GooberGen" uploads; hospitals, pharamcys, and clinics.

I'm on a Mac, and as such had a huge problem in trying to get the AC Functional Airports to work properly. I plan on making my own airports for my region, but the problem of not having the airport bus stop is a big one. Is there any link to JUST the airport bus stop? And if not, could anyone with a Mac help me in installing the functional airports correctly?

I myself have no knowledge with macs, but there is a mac fourm that can be found here that may be able to help you if you have not seen it yet.
