Yo builders. Searched for every term I could think of both here and on the stex, no luck.

Way back, 5 years or more ago, I had a mod (which most likely I got from here, possibly from BSC) which as far as I remember moved CO caps up a level. So the original lvl 5 cap was made to be the lvl 6 cap with the mod installed, lvl 6 cap -> lvl 7, etc. The idea was to fix the hole that can develop in the middle of a city when CBD building growth lagged behind R buildings.

That particular mod would work, and so would anything else that does the same, or allows the user to set cap levels. Or anything else I'm not thinking of.

I don't know about Euro civis as props. I myself am waiting for wasoethoudt to release his automata as props. You can use Cogeo's Tutorial: SC4 Automata As Props at (https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=9659.0) to try if you are not using this tutorial already to make your props.

Yeah wasoethoudt had great civis automatas! It's all I need ... but it's automata's files ... =(

I've found some tutorials on few SCwebsites "how to create props from automata" but something goes not correctly in my work ... sooo I need to wait untill the props are not released ! =(

Hey, this surely had been asked, but there are so many pages of post, but now i'm looking for three things, the first is that rail tracks, that are more real, for example on curves and also change rails, but with the "brown lots" on it, second that "black" (color) highways and avenues, that are diferents in comparation of wich are on the game, and the last thing (if it has) something of southamerica, specialy of argentina, like a building or park or bus or something, thank you for all of you!!!!!!!!!!

The black colour Highway is the real higyway mod RHW:

It requires the Network Widening MOD NAM, which also contains some addittional Rail-pieces:

Those are the Shore Conforming Seawalls v4 by Jeronij. [Linky] You will have to be registered on the BSC FiLEXchange (LEX) to download them.

I recall a few files that were usually considered basic essentials... Found the new NAM and others, but I can't find the Industry Quadrupler, just a doubler and a 40x. Where can I find it, OR (more likely) has it been made irrelevant by being included in some other very common file that I should use instead? Appreciate any help. Thanks.

You can find it at {Simphoni.net}. You will have to register at that site in order to download the file. I don't think it has been included with anything else.

1st I Would like to Apologize for the lack of detail I'm bout to give you guys, But i been looking for what I remember being A El-train to Sub transition piece that was, what i think, 8x1 lot.It provides a more gradual slope compared to the in-game one which is just so unrealistic.Again sorry for the lack of detail.

PS:I think it had the same textures as Moonlight's El-train MoD.

PSS:I saw it used in a CJ that was featured in the showcase @ the homepage some time back.
