WooHoooooo! Hohohola - I found it - i actually found it !!!!!!!!!!!! Its the ICC model by Thianz https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/files/file/24286-hk-icc-international-commerce-centre/. I'm wondering, is there any "vertical farms" or other urban buildings that can provide agricultural jobs out there? The demand seems always to be there, but agricultural zones take up loads of space, and wither away as soon as the road beside them gets any traffic. Immense water pollution as well. Shouldn't there be a "sterile" alternative for urban farming? Greenhouses or something?

I'm trying to up the security in my city a couple of notches, and have a couple of questions:

Do anybody know about any specific police stations that can solve the crime problem at universities? I know there is a programming oversight that only enables Maxis police stations to go no further than three tiles away from the road, so that there will be an "untouchable" spot in the middle of universities and airports that the police can't reach. It would be really nice if it actually looked decent as well. And preferrably with a manageable number of dependencies.

Also, there is lots of whining regarding fire stations. I almost never have a fire in my cities, so I rarely spread expensive fire stations all over my city. However, the complainer advisor always shouts at me for not providing full coverage. So I wonder if there is any big fire stations that can cover an entire medium city tile, while not looking too shabby?

Speaking of airports, could somebody point me to the "airparks"? Those tiles functioning like airports without the horrid pollution, crime invincibility, awkward size and general unfriendliness (never mind lack of realism). I know a lot of people use them, while custom building elaborate airports in neighbouring towns. I'd like to try the same.

Thanks! But after more googling I've determined that it was most likely called Vedarko Tower and made by Dusktrooper. I can find only one reference to it so far. I do wonder if I'm imagining the whole thing. Perhaps it was shown in a BAT thread and never released? Does Vedarko Tower ring a bell for anyone? I've sent him a message to see if the whole thing is a figment of my imagination.

That looks like a slightly different version of the Hume Tower. Just some different textures and a more rounded shape on the small add-on building

This time I'm looking for cobble stone fences I could use to line countryside roads making them look like the roads seen on episodes of Postman Pat:

I've been using this set to get that effect:

But my one qualm with these two sets is that the fences are lined up to one side. I really wish there is another set that has the fences in the middle. There is this set:

But I can't find a corresponding wooden fence with gates that are centered like that. Also another qualm I have with the Dry stone walls set is that they are not grouped together in the Parks menu, well they are but if you have other sets that occupy the parks menu those other stuff can mess the dry stone walls set's group order.

@ matheuspaulo: There is a couple of mods that do this: Swamper_Peg No Railroad Dirt Mod is the easiest to use. But you can also look at SFBT Rail Texture Mod and Rivit's Mods (these are a little more complicated to install)

b) ...a police station with a license to move its cops further away from the roads than the current three tiles?

Preferrably without a zillion bytes of dependencies hosted on ten different non-English sites, and not looking too shabby.

With EA/SC-4/ Maxis going down, i was wondering if anyone remembers the old "San-Fran Court House"? I have been looking for it, and really can't seem to find it anywhere.

I'm really looking to replace that old Small court house from maxis.

That one always seem to look good in a smaller City Center. But really looking for Any Court House That will replace the Maxis one.
