I'm looking for this huge midrise commercial building that looks great in corners, and it kind of resembles the Lucky Lizard Lofts.

It can be found on this page within two zips. Download both of them. They were just cut half, but belong together.

Does anyone know if it's possible to download the 'under bridge scenery' lots used in this tutorial?

Found this off of the SC4 subreddit. Where can I find these buildings circled in red?

Also where can I find more buildings that give off Times Square, Shibuya District, or Chongqing cyberpunk vibes?

Those are all works by @Krio. Most should be available through his profile.

Every building in that picture is by Krio? Do you know where I can find that lovely art deco style building with the green roof on the bottom right? I don't think I can see it in his content, though maybe it's in a prop pack?

The 'Under Bridge Scenery' lots were made by buddybud. He did a lot of work with that type of material (highway wallls, bridge work, etc,) and posted on SC4D as well. Not sure of the status of getting his things back up on SC4E.

You can find some of his bridge and wall work on the STEX. The underbridge work is the first item listed. If I remember correctly, he had added more to his his bridge and under-bridge work; probably on the LEX. Or possibly as attachments in the forums. He had several projects going...

As far as I know some of them are unreleased, which means they are probably waiting on my HDD to be checked, packaged and uploaded to STEX on the behalf of Krio. Some others might have never been on STEX, but were released on the old TG website which went down more than a decade ago. If it's the former, then they will come sooner than later. If it's the later one, then if I located it among a dozens of files waiting to be checked, then it might come sooner than later...

I ended up finding it here in this former German site. It's the Deutscher Dom by @debussyman but, apparently, the site is down and I can't find it anywhere else. Any clues? Does anyone have this building in the Plugins folder ?

Now this is funny: I tried the download link on the web archive website you shared. And I could download a file, but it was corrupted. However, an older download link on the web archive worked:

https://web.archive.org/web/20200229221527/http://www.simcityplaza.de/index.php/freizeit-und-tourismus/wahrzeichen?download=1337:deutscher-dom-von-debussyman&start=70

The installer and readme are in German, so here are the dependencies:

  • BSC Mega Prop Pack von Cycledogg
  • BSC Mega Prop Pack von SimGoober
  • BSC Textures Vol. 1
  • BSC Textures Vol. 2
  • BSC Essentials

Ok thank you for the information. I know most of Krio's buildings but had never seen that lovely one with the spire.

I have been able to download quite a few stuff just now. A couple are notified as having a virus but most downloads work, especially if you check multiple archives of that link.

Debussyman's Notre Dame for instance works with this link, which I know has been requested several times in this thread;

Yes there is a fair number of working downloads. Quite I few are already on STEX, but others I have never seen before. So it is worth a look.

If anyone wants to explore the SimCityKurier Downloads on the web archive (Wayback Machine), you might want to start here:

https://web.archive.org/web/20230307163326/http://www.simcityplaza.de/index.php/simcitykurier

Here is a translation of the menu:

Spoiler

66575b444a9cc_SimkurierMenu.jpg.08389d557ee7030cf80468718156a0ae.jpg

Since these are archived pages, they do function as a website. The menu seems to work. You will see 10 files at a time. But you can load the next 10 with the feature at the bottom. The blue buttons work, but you cannot change the number of files shown.

Good guide. Unfortunately I get an "unexpected end of archive" error when trying to install a lot of them.😒

I was afraid of that. As mentioned before, the first file I tried was corrupted as well. I guess this comes with the territory when one ventures into internet archaeology.

Yeah, but I've been able to get some working by downloading an earlier version.

For instance this older download for Notre Dame installs fine, the later version I linked to earlier is corrupt.

Perhaps we should explain what we mean by "older download".

When you click a download link on the SimCityKurier web archive page, it will redirect you to another archive page before opening the download window, likely the newest one. This download page might have multiple versions archived and if one is corrupt you could try an older version. You can use the arrow or click on one of the bars:

Thanks a lot for ur help *:D

The one with the grey roof is Ballards Ball and Jacks Factory by @jestarr. It is also a dependency of IRM W2W Ballards Ball and Jacks. The description there has a link to the LEX which sadly, is now broken. I don't know where you could get it. CORRECTION: You can get it, click here

Hi @PookySunshine, I had another look. It bugged me, that I could see the buildings in my city. Yet I never downloaded the model.

It turns out that the model of Ballards Ball and Jacks as well as of the other building you were looking for, Hanson's Shop, are part of larger packs, BSC MEGA Props JES Vol02 v2 and BSC MEGA Props JES Vol06 v2 respectively. Both are included in the SC4D LEX Legacy - BSC Common Dependencies Pack. So you could use the lots linked below together with those Mega Prop files and that would do the trick, I have tried it:

image.png.fbc0d2832134d5c67ac64f6caa9b5bfe.png

Here are the links to the lot files. Keep in mind that they were made for IRM. But as they are stage 1, they might still grow without having IRM installed. If not, you can plopp them with a cheat code.

I think it is a creation of Gascooker. BSC GC UK Village Church St Bartholomews. The model is in the BSC MEGA Props Gascooker vol02 v2 (part of the BSC Common Dependencies), the lot will be rehosted sometimes in the future, when we get there.

I managed to find the BSC UK Village Church St Bartholomews, on a Korean website here:

https://cafe.naver.com/simcitysquare?iframe_url_utf8=%2FArticleRead.nhn%3Fclubid%3D11881236%26menuid%3D319%26boardtype%3DW%26page%3D164%26articleid%3D34882%26referrerAllArticles%3Dfalse

That website has a lot of SC4Devotion items, starting here: https://cafe.naver.com/ArticleList.nhn?search.clubid=11881236&search.menuid=319&search.boardtype=W

Although you need to be logged in to download some or most of them, there are a few like the UK Village Church where that's not required.  @simmering told me about it and mentioned that the NY Housing Projects Sets were available there as well:

Thank you so much for the help ! That was a hard one as it is hosted on a japanese website.

If I can , I would like to ask one more, I searched for it in the list of proppable waterways and it was not there. I remember I had it before I lost all my downloaded content. It is the SG diagonal pieces for the brick canal. If anybody knows where it is I would appreciate it. *:thumb:

It was hosted on SC4D LEX. In my available freetime recently I've been working on the reorganization of the BSC related canals including Simgoober's Canals with the diagonals. I hope to rehost them on SC4Evermore in the next 1-2 weeks at one point.
