About This File

SM2 NUTS VDK Swan Mill Power Plant.

A beautifully rendered coal power plant building by vester (VDK). This one is for my team. The NUT team.

Lotting, modding and custom textures by Simmer2.
Both freight trains and passenger trains will traverse the lot east to west.
Just run the rail line through the lot and connect the street entrance to a street. The STR stub will only connect visually.

You will find it in your power menu.

Lot size 20x14
Plop cost = 68,500
Monthly cost = 1,550
Power output = 39,200 MWh
Jobs $196 $$104  $$$13

There are 2 versions of this lot. One with all the proper stats attributed to a heavy polluter for the hardcore players and one with ZERO emissions for anyone who still wants the lot in their maps but do not want to deal with the pollution. The zero emission one is clearly marked with a Z.

*Edit Aug 22 2018 Updated files with new folder structure. For the sake of an organized plugin I suggest you re-download this file and remove the old one. No other action is required in game as this update does not change the lot/s in any way*

I love this lot. It was one of the first plopped lots in my Counterpoint city at the industrial harbour. I built a complex railway system around this building and it is one of the key establisment of that railway system.

I finally have got around to using this power plant and it looks great . I'll be using at least one of these in every region I play . Nice job and thank you for sharing .

That's some beautiful work, well done. Though trains will sure have to do a lot of zigzagging to get cars into the building. But I understand it, otherwise the lot would of been significantly longer.
